Part 1 - Your children are prey.
4,392 Priests Accused of Sex Abuse
A national church-sanctioned study documents sex abuse by U.S. Roman Catholic Clergy. 10,667 abuse claims… 6700 substantiated… watch dog groups estimate the abused persons numbers to be 3 to 5 times those official church numbers.

The most important thing I discovered (except for one Manchurian Candidate I encountered) was a deep seated, even self deluded conception that pervades their conscious and subconscious mindset which marginalizes the leadership. They have an ingrained and abiding belief, that the Church itself and their personal belief in God and Our Lord Jesus Christ are somehow separate and distinct from the White Male Private Club – called the Catholic Priesthood. This private Club acts like some enormous creature, seething and writhing with power, but incapable and unwilling to look at itself with any clarity.
This leadership has amply demonstrated for the whole world to see, its malevolent and savage disregard of any norm of human decency. The enormity of the abuse of children and its deliberate cover-up of these despicable acts for the last fifty years, in America, is a crime whose consequences are incalculable.
In a news conference recently, a watch dog group charged that the sick abuse of children and the laity in general is NOT just a litany of fifty-year-old un-prosecuted crimes, but a 500 year collection of crimes. It seems that from the very first conception and birth of the Church, it has always been guilty of lording power over the innocent - because of their self appointed “god-given” rights, it has allowed them to squash human rights, trample the poor, disenfranchise the workers, and exploit the weak and vulnerable. Martin Luther got it right.
The human toll was demonstrated by Patrick McSorley who finally succeeded in paying with his life (Scandal's toll: Priest, victim dead/ Providence Journal/Evening Bulletin Feb 29, 2004).
But McSorley is only the most visible death resulting from the personal inability of an individual to reconcile, forget and get on with life. The only escape for some is death. SNAP (Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests) documents many who commit suicide in obscurity and the question I have is how many have killed themselves that we haven’t heard of - just how many lost souls can be put down to Murder by Exposure to Clergy?!
I charge that IT IS MURDER! Because the Catholic Leadership chose and still chooses to keep their heads firmly buried in the sand where they are blind and deaf to the pleas of the victims. (I decided good taste required me not to use the divine heads up certain parts of the human anatomy… though that may be where these perverts might want their heads. Why titillate them?)
But even more dangerous are the individuals who have repressed their anger and frustration and are ticking time bombs. On my hunger strike I encounter JUST such an individual. As we talked I sensed the man was dangerous, but, I did not know from whence my intuition was drawing its uneasiness. After several return visits and talks he finally confided to me that he WAS a victim of a priest’s sexual abuse as a child and the fire in his eyes scared me. The fellow had the physique of linebacker and sledgehammer hands.
The American Bishops reached the correct solution with their Zero Tolerance Declaration, but Pope John Paul II, emphatically stated… (paraphrased… in response to the Zero Tolerance Declaration: ‘There will be no Zero Tolerance. I will protect MY priests!’)
If not Zero Tolerance, then, what will it be? One offence! Two offences! And what will they do after the first offence - slap the Priest over the hand with a wet bus ticket and tell them to “go sin no more” in another location! How absurd the Church Leadership truly is! Can you imagine if this was a teacher who sexually molested one of the children in his care and the School merely gave him a “reprimand” then moved him to another class! In California there used to be a three bite law for dogs. Yes, you read right.
So the Vatican now has an “x” number of child sex abuse offences before they act. Or do the act? The Vatican even goes so far as to say… according to Rev. Gianfranco Ghirlanda, a Vatican Lawyer:
"From a canonical point of view, the bishop or religious superior is neither morally nor legally responsible for a criminal act committed by one of his clerics."
In other words… the Church Leadership… in the vein of Gold Hat in the “Treasure of Sierra Madre… “We don’t got to show you no stinking responsibility.”
Power corrupts! Absolute power corrupts absolutely!
Of course… “We don’t got to show you no stinking responsibility.” that’s the law! Who made the law… WE DID!
Looks like the Vatican is following their ‘self-serving laws’ to the letter. Watch dog organizations have uncovered the fact that the Catholic Leadership is shipping paedophile priest overseas as I write. They are hiding them and refusing to disclose where they are going and they are refusing to present them for prosecution. So, it is business as usual. Nothing changes!
Ask yourself, why? Could one answer be in the tidbit of intelligence information uncovered by Howard Stern sometime back? Howard reported the allegation from some source that Pope John Paul II has a pedophile confidant. This could account for the Vatican policy. The fox is advising the rooster in the hen house?
So the Catholic Leadership policy is that “x” offences are permissible, but, if we catch you, we do what? The Leadership policy is… “we must protect my priests…”. But, more importantly… whose child is going to be the sacrificial lamb to the policy of … “we must protect my priests…”. Will it be your child dear reader? Are you willing for it to be your child?
The Catholic Leadership is STILL maintaining a Church that is UNSAFE for children of any age!
I suspect the Leadership is thoroughly and probably irreparably penetrated all the way to the top by the perverts. No wonder the current Pope doesn’t want to stand down, even though it is obvious for all to see his health is appalling - if he steps down, who will take his place? How will they choose a replacement and be 100% sure their new Pope has no secrets that will leap out of the closet to devour the Church further!
It was discovered recently that the very man, Rev. Gregory Ingels, one of only four experts chosen by the Canon Law Society of America to advise U.S. bishops on abusive clerics is accused of being an abuser by Marin County Superior Court the charge - he had oral sex with a 15-year-old boy from Marin Catholic High School.
I’ll say he was an expert! A real hands on expert or should I say mouth on expert!

DON’T LET ANY NON-FAMILY MEMBER PUT YOUR CHILDREN TO BED! PERIOD!
THEM ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR PRIVATE PARTS AND TELL YOU IF
ANYONE TOUCHES THEIR PRIVATE PARTS.
There are countless individual human tragedies strewn along that treacherous highway of time. Lets act together in the modern era to bring justice to them and get the Church back for the everyday faithful.
