House of Representatives Leader, Democrat of California Nancy Pelosi in the June 17, 2003 issue of the San Francisco Chronicle has disclosed that she is worth $92,000,000 dollars. This is the same Nancy Pelosi who apparently begrudges, me (a 68 year old senior citizen worth practically nothing, just getting by on my social security and some minor resources that are rapidly dwindling to nothing) my home and my living. I am pretty much unemployable because of severe arthritis in my knees and a degenerative disease of the feet which requires thirty minutes, each morning, of physical exertion to overcome the excruciating pain which I have to endure day in, day out.
I wrote two letters to Congresswoman Pelosi, one on 10/11/02, another copied to many sources which was directed to the Catholic Jesuit leadership of the University of San Francisco and The Shriner's Hospital Group dated 10/10/02. These letters were intended to get the parties to realize the great human tragedy which was about to unfold because of their total lack of interest and involvement. They were, for all intents and purposes, allowing and contributing towards the complete and total "willful destruction" of a caregivers economic viability, and the loss of a treasured family home, which I was raised in since 1947, my mothers price and joy.
This inhumane and heartless act was being perpetrated by the Catholic Jesuit leadership of the University of San Francisco, whose supposed motto is "social justice for all". They seemed to have conveniently forgotten to append the last part of that motto "do as we say, not as we do" which is much more appropriate to their actions! These old and established institutions, the Catholic Jesuit leadership of the University of San Francisco and The Shriner's Hospital Group, have gleefully made a "slave" out of me! They have done this wilfully, with malice and forethought. Nancy Pelosi, United States Congressional Representative, is "supposed" to be a watch dog against "slavery" but apparently has the same motto as these establishments mentioned above "do as we say, not as we do"! The very people we rely on to bring us justice and resolution turn their backs on us the moment we actually need them. Shame on you Nancy Pelosi!
Lo and behold Congressional Representative Nancy Pelosi turns out to be in bed with the Catholic Jesuit leadership of the University of San Francisco. It was reported in the San Francisco Chronicle by reporter Edward Epstein on February 21, 2003 that Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi has engaged in pork-barrel politics. The following are excerpts from the article:

Francisco has pushed through $1 million in federal funds for a
think tank started by her longtime adviser and campaign
treasurer, former Lt. Gov. Leo T. McCarthy, sparking concerns
that she is rewarding a supporter with taxpayer money.
The $1 million appropriation for the Center for Public Service
and the Common Good at the University of San Francisco was
among thousands of items buried in the 3,000-page, $397.4
billion omnibus appropriations bill that Congress passed last
week after just a few hours of debate. The White House says
President Bush will sign the bill.
This is why Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi did not even bother to send me the usual "screw you letter". I am completely powerless in this situation, as Nancy Pelosi seems more consumed with her own vested interests than those of a Citizen, desperately in need of her help. The "buck" seems to stop with "us", not the leaders of our great Nation.
Politicians like Pelosi always like to dismiss their constituents with what I like to call "powerlessness" spin paragraphs, which in effect mean buzz off I have no time for your problem. In reality, a minority leader had enormous moral suasion in every circumstance. Pelosi used her position to side step the usually grant oversight procedures to dump $1,000,000 dollars of taxpayer money into the already burgeoning coffers of the Catholic Jesuit University of San Francisco. She seems to have done it as a political payoff to her cohort Leo T. McCarthy. I am a lone voter. Therefore, I am worthless in the Pelosi's eyes. What can I, a lowly, nearly bankrupt soul do for her. I am not worth of her effort to introduce moral suasion on my behalf.
Why wouldn't she, as an 'elected' Congresswomen, find it in herself to write to the court brief condemning the utterly outrageous "conflict of interests" displayed by the Catholic Jesuit educated Judge Kathleen O'Leary, whose scathing and outrageous attacks on me, a family member caregiver, to which she called me an "extortionist!" Why would an "extortionist" devote over 6 years of his life to be the sole caregiver of his mother 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Somehow, Kathleen O'Leary, has turned this act of compassion and love into an act of "extortionism". How bizarre! How ridiculous! How outrageous! If you can't comprehend the difference between "caregiver" and "extortionist" Ms O'Leary you most certainly are in the wrong job. But, Pelosi displays her own bias. She, in the pocket of Catholic Jesuit University of San Francisco, needs to insure that I am crushed into powder. Which isn't hard to do. Only you the readers of this website can make your voices heard in a collective shout of "STOP"!! Stop this crime against a single human being.
Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi further doesn't care about process, as follows:
Pelosi's office confirmed Thursday that the San Francisco
Democrat, who was elected House minority leader in November,
obtained the $1 million for the USF center, without requiring
McCarthy and USF to go through the normal application process
for such grants. But Pelosi said the program got the money on
its merits, not because of any political ties to the
congresswoman.
The real question is this:
Is Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, in her key position as minority leader, (who is clearly able to sidestep "due process" and put the Catholic Jesuit leadership of the University of San Franciso on the same footing as every other grant supplicant), going to use that position to, over time, and have the American taxpayer foot the bill for the hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements that the Catholic Church is now liable for in the 1000's of sexual abuse cases? It is not hard to hide the transfer of millions of dollars or even billions of taxpayer dollars to any well connected organizations! Will Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi move to prevent a government sponsored investigation into the extent of child sexual abuse claims within the Catholic Church. Clearly some independent organization needs to be appointed to investigate these claims, since the Catholic National Review Board forced the resignation of Ex-Governor Frank Keating due to his aggressive investigation of these same claims! A Catholic sponsored study is going to uncover absolutely nothing since they would be investigating "themselves" and obviously it's not in their "best interests" to make a full and forthright study of these abuse claims. Having the "Church investigate themselves" is like having the "Cats guard the Milk!" Obviously an Independent Watchdog should be appointed so that a totally "unbiasedly" and thorough investigation can take place.
These questions need answers:
How many children were abused? 10,000, 100,000, 1,000,000? Why is an investigation to answer that simple question so hard for the Catholic Leadership to confront. Why isn't our law enforcement not pursuing these answers. Who knew about it? How far up the chain of command did the knowledge find its way and why was no one alarmed and vigorous action not taken to:
Report priest paedophiles to the police... child abuse is a crime in the United States of America and we are all obligated to report crimes. The Catholic Church's answer was to simply move these paedophiles to another parish where they still had access to children, and were able to continue their trail of destruction and sexual abuse. Where was the protection that these children deserved? What kind of organization allows this kind of abhorrent behaviour to continue, unheeded and unchecked? Are the needs of the Priests and the continuation of the Catholic Church so paramount, that they will treat this horrendous behaviour with scant or little regard whatsoever. It certainly appears that way!
Why is Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi not aggressively sponsoring legislation to prevent the current abuse of the Catholic Leadership I.e. the subpoenaing of the psychiatric records of the sexual abused complainants. This seems nothing more than a manoeuvre to intimidate the complainants into submission and send a clear message to other abuse victims, that "if" they seek professional help then they are to expect their "private medical and psychiatric history" to be handed over to the very people they that have caused them to seek treatment and help from in the first place. Furthermore, it opens up the possibility of further abuse by the Catholic Church to extort the complainants in various manners, via intimidation and threats that their medical records would and could be made public if they pursed the logical course of action to sue the Catholic Church and hold them accountable for their actions.
All of this from a Catholic Leadership who claims "confidentiality of the confessional"!! How does Confession and Psychiatric treatment differ.
We as the American taxpayer, must now be on our guard that the Catholic leaders in all manner of it's powerful positions that have access to our taxpayer dollars, do NOT abuse their offices and make the taxpayer foot the bill for the Catholic Church's criminal negligence, immoral and unethical behaviour which has carried on, unchecked for decades. THEY MUST BE MADE TO STAND UP AND BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!! LETS BE SURE THAT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH PAYS IT'S "LIABILITY" BILL AND NOT THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER, WHO IN IT'S RICHNESS OF DIVERSITY, IS ALSO COMPRISED OF JEWS, NON-CATHOLIC CHRISTAIN DENOMINATIONS, BUDDHIST AND MUSLIMS AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ARE ON SITTING ON THE FENCE ABOUT GOD. We are not responsible for the Sins of the Catholic Church - the Catholic Church is SOLEY responsible for the sins they are guilty of.
I am fighting a "monster" here people and I still need financial backing and help to continue this fight against billion dollar organizations and well connected political machines. If, you the public, can help me, I can win a victory for all of us!
