I am in a life and death struggle for “economic viability” against the Catholic/Jesuit Leadership of the University of San Francisco and the Shriner’s Hospital Group. These two billion dollar organizations seek to condemn me to poverty and depredation at 68 years of age… SOLELY AND ONLY BECAUSE… I dared to take care of my mother!

They have through the auspices of Merrill Lynch, a major American Brokerage House (which by the way over the last two years has been exposed as a Company which behaves like an on-going criminal enterprise and got away with buying their way out of prosecution) suborned an all to willing Judiciary, by perpetrating two counts of fraud upon our Court system.

I brought these transgressions to the attention of California State Attorney General Lockyer, who has displayed a singular cowardice and fear of the power of Merrill Lynch and the Catholic Leadership, he – Lockyer – doesn’t deserve to carry the jockstrap of a great and courageous State Attorney General like Eliot Spitzer of New York State.

I asked my Senator Diane Feinstein to write a friend of the court letter to let these corrupt jurist know that my representative was watching them. Senator Diane Feinstein answered by giving praise and endorsement to a PEDOPHILE CATHOLIC PRIEST.

I asked my Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi to talk to the Catholic/Jesuit Leadership of the University of San Francisco and ask them to demonstrate moral and ethically backbone and come to the bargaining table. She (now Speaker of the House) answered with a $1,000,000 pork barrel gift of the taxpayer’s money to the Catholic/Jesuit Leadership of the University of San Francisco. I believe this to be a blatant thumbing of her (Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi) nose at the American people by violating the “separation of Church and State” tradition of our country by placing her Catholic/Jesuit connections ahead of ALL the other worthy religious denominations who are still waiting in line for grants. (These other religious institutions played by the rules… The Catholic/Jesuit Leadership of the University of San Francisco… DON’T GOT TO SHOW YOU NO STINKING RULES… they have Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi!!)

I don’t have the millions of dollars it takes to buy justice…. in America. The American Judiciary is the single most corrupt branch of the American government. They exist to maintain a serf/slave class and to defend the oligarchy (read: the rich, the corporations and themselves – I will in future developments, on this site, expose the soft, ugly underbelly of this self-serving (Judiciary) body.)

Lacking millions…, I believe there is another way… People Power!
